Meeting Rooms

The Library offers the public use of the two meeting rooms on the second floor.  Use of the rooms is subject to the terms of the Meeting Room policy.  Reservations to use the room are made online and approved by library staff. Due to COVID-19 the library is not taking reservations for meeting rooms at this time.

Conference Room

Features of the conference room include:

  • Space for up to 20 people.
  • Projector with screen.
  • Conference tables with flexible configuration options.
  • Dry-erase board.
  • Podium.

Meeting Room

Features of the large meeting room include:

  • Space for up to 80 people.
  • Integrated speaker system with wired and wireless microphones.
  • Projector with screen.
  • Podium.
  • Flexible configuration options.
