[Virtual] Bend and Book Yoga with True North Yoga

Everyone can benefit from the healthful and calming effects of yoga. Your body and mind will both thank you for participating in this free online community class, straight from the studio of our friends at True North Yoga. Appropriate for all ages, genders, fitness levels, body types and yoga experience level (including none!).

This program will be presented live on the Library‚Äôs Facebook page and will be available afterwards on the Library’s YouTube channel.
