5:30 pm - Kentucky Reads Book Discussion of The Book Woman’s Daughter at WKCTC

Please join us for an exciting event at WKCTC Library, led by Reidland Middle School Library Media Specialist Kristin Sickling.
McCracken County Public Library is excited to be partnering with WKCTC Library for this event.
The event includes themed refreshments and a screening of the KET documentary “The Pack Horse Librarians of Appalachia”at 5:30pm, then a moderated Book Discussion at 6pm.
The Book Woman’s Daughter, by Kim Michele Richardson is the Kentucky Humanities 2023 Kentucky Reads selection. The Book Woman’s Daughter was an instant NYT and USA TODAY’s bestseller is both a stand-alone and sequel to The Book Woman of Troublesome Creek.
