The City of Paducah is excited to welcome the Whistle Stop Christmas Tree on November 14, 2025, from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. at the Farmers' Market parking lot in downtown Paducah. This Christmas Tree is traveling from Nevada to the U.S. Capitol in Washington, D.C. It will be placed on the west lawn of the U.S. Capitol building this holiday season.
Paducah Main Street is organizing a festive atmosphere for the tree's visit.
For the event, North 2nd Street from Jefferson Street to Monroe Street will be closed to vehicular traffic.
The tree named "Silver Belle" is a 53-foot red fir from the Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest.
