Covid-19 Update

Continuing Monday, Feb. 15th, the McCracken County Public Library will offer limited curbside service for the pick up of holds. The building will remain closed due to McCracken County being in the red zone for COVID-19 cases. Curbside hours for the week of February 15 will be as follows:

  • Monday 2/15 –10 am to 7 pm closed due to weather
  • Tuesday 2/16 – 10 am to 7 pm
  • Wednesday 2/17 – 10 am to 7 pm
  • Thursday 2/18 – 10 am to 7 pm
  • Friday 2/19 – 10 am to 5 pm
  • Saturday 2/20 – 10 am to 5 pm
  • Sunday 2/21 – 1 pm to 5 pm

For curbside service, patrons may call 270-442-2510 ext 110 during the above hours.

Copying, faxing, and curbside printing is available. Patrons can call to make a computer appointment for a maximum of 2 hours per day. Library wifi is available for free in the parking lot for those with their own devices. All book drops remain open for returns.

State mandated staffing guidelines limit the amount of employees working to provide curbside service. The Library asks for your patience, for there will likely be times of high call volume. Peak times for curbside service tend to be during the first open hour of each day.

Please note that curbside hours may change or be discontinued at any time due to staffing shortages or safety concerns.

Patrons who have questions about their library accounts or who need assistance using electronic library resources may leave messages. Messages will be returned within one business day. To leave library staff a message, email [email protected], call 270-442-2510 and dial 3, or send a message via Facebook.
