The genealogy
collection provides records for the entire United States.
Comprehensive coverage is available for the Jackson Purchase
counties of Ballard, Calloway, Carlisle, Fulton, Graves,
Hickman, Marshall, and McCracken. Genealogy records on
surrounding counties, Kentucky, and other states are also
available, especially Virginia, Tennessee, North Carolina,
and Southern Illinois. Internet access and databases
expand the collection. Colonial records, Revolutionary
War data, and immigration lists provide additional aids for
